Hi there! I'm Katie Q.
I'm a video creator, host, and cookbook author. I think there's a story to be told everywhere. I believe food connects people.
I went to culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris—but I strongly believe that you don’t have to be a trained chef to be passionate about making and eating mind-blowing food.
After a decade in NYC, I'm now based in London, England, where any day of the week you can find me recording videos, finding a new market, or experimenting with new recipes.
My slogan is #keepitquirky
because I think life is more enjoyable if you don’t take yourself too seriously.

As a frequent guest on NBC's TODAY Show, I show that cooking isn't a chore, with handy food hacks and simple yet delicious recipes, such as:
I have also been on:
The Meredith Vieira Show—I won the Comfort Food Cook-off!
The Food Network’s Chopped (Season 30, Episode 5, "Web Stars")
The Food Network's Beat Bobby Flay
It’s great fun to be on television but, what can I say—I’m a digital gal at heart. I’ve done a lot of work with the digital-first company Tastemade and, via hosting travel and food series for them, I appear on their Apple TV channel, Snapchat Discover channel, and YouTube channel.
I frequently work with brands to incorporate their products into my video and photo content, cross-platform (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc). Native advertising partnerships have included Hershey's, Bermuda Tourism Authority, Pillsbury, ALDI, Yoplait, Blue Apron, Louis Jadot, Dave's Killer Bread & Kellogg's (among others). Feel free to reach out to request addition branded partnership examples.
