Katie's adventures in cheese mongering and Italian travel have influenced me greatly, so when my husband and I decided to move to Italy and spend time in Puglia, I wondered if Katie would be open to a consultation. Email sent, and she responded within hours, so the next day we were already on a call.

Not only is she a darn nice person, but her ideas were super helpful, and then after the call, spent a ton of time connecting me with her local friends, helping me find an apartment, and sending me a thorough write-up of all we discussed. Wow! Best consultation bucks I ever spent.
